0:15 Seconds - Quick Gold Makeup Tutorial

QUICK GOLD MAKEUP TUTORIAL (0:15sec on Instagram)

This is a quick tutorial when you're on the go and need to add a dash of gold... try this technique for any mood either night or day... still feel fabulous spending less time to do it!
Note that all eye shapes are different and makeup is applied custom to every single person's look. This is a tutorial for  AVERAGE EYE shapes.  Other eye shape recommendation of product placement is below.

1. I used MAC Painterly from my brow bone to my crease
2. I used Senna Cosmetics brown powder and applied it with a crease brush
3. I used Maybelline Color Tattoo 45 Bold Gold on the eyelid only and blended it from corner to corner
4. I used a darker tone brown to smoke the eyes and white liner on the waterline only (Kevyn Aucoin)
5. I finished this look with half falsies and medium individual Ardell lashes on the bottom

FOR THE DIFFERENT EYE SHAPES, RECOMMENDED PLACEMENT:

NOTE: Sorry for my eye shape drawings... was trying to get this out... future drawings will be better I promise.

Wideset Eyes:

Apply the soft brown and deeper tone brown on the inner eye and corners... apply the gold in the open space of the lid that is not shaded

Close Set Eyes:

Apply the soft brown on the corners and a deeper tone of brown concentrating on the corners of the eye using mascara on the outer corners.

Apply the gold from the corner of the eye to the end... apply a highlight in the inner corners

Deep Set Eyes:

Shade the eyes with the soft brown and deeper color brown around the eyes adding the highlight in the gold 1/3 from the inner corner

Prominent Eyes:

Apply the deeper tone brown on the lid and apply a dab of gold in the middle

Hooded Eyes:

Apply the soft brown when the eye is open and looking straight at the mirror shading in the corners of the outer eye. Apply the gold 1/3 of the inner lid.
